Save the Dates
We created the cards out of cardstock and ordered the magnets from magnetstreet.com. We personalized the magnets and they arrived within 2 weeks.

Table Names
Tables will be named after locations that we have traveled to. We will be using stands to display them on the table.

Both Chris and I really like how our invites turned out, incorporating our colors in a simple but "wedding-ish" way. I got the supplies from paperandmore.com (petal cards, linen cardstock & envelopes), Vistaprint (RSVP postcards), Michael's (green cardstock for matting) and Office Max (full sheet labels for wrap around labels).
We decided not to have an inner envelope so the belly band had the invitees names. I had the design on the bottom made into a stamp on Etsy & will be embossing that part of the invites.

Escort Cards
Outside of boarding pass jacket
Thanks to Knottie minebymagpie, I found a great way to do the escort cards! The boarding pass jacket is 2/3 of the size suggested in the directions. I like the matting for the outside names as well and by putting both passes (for the couple) into one jacket it cuts down on how many I have to make.

Programs
The passport program idea came from a combination of Weddingbee and the free basic template from Aylee Bits. We did half in blue and half in green with embossing in silver and gold. I had the stamp made off Etsy. These are my favorite DIY project by far!

I wasn't planning on doing menus, but our planner has a great design planned for our tables which includes a menu so these were a simple & easy project to do.
Rehearsal Dinner Escort Cards
I used all left over materials to whip up these quick and easy escort cards. I'll be adding the names & tables numbers closer to the RD.
